San-iT Attend #COMBA17 Event
On Thursday 22nd June, we attended the City of Manchester Business Awards 2017, hosted at The Principal in Manchester.
Now in its eighth year, the City of Manchester Business Awards (otherwise known as The COMBAs), celebrate the “city’s finest businesses, business leaders, entrepreneurs and decision makers.”
After being nominated for the Newcomer of the Year award we were delighted to attend the event, meet the other nominees and mingle with some of the most exciting businesses in Manchester, including our friends and partners Adam Recruitment.
We’d like to thank Downtown in Business for hosting the event – Even though we didn’t win we had an amazing night and were particularly inspired by GM Mayor Andy Burnham’s keynote speech. We left feeling like this is a really exciting time to be a growing business in Manchester.
Downtown’s Chief Executive, Frank McKenna commented, “The calibre of nominees this evening is spectacular, and testament to the forward direction that Manchester, year on year continues to travel.
