Our New Office Extension is Complete!
Over the past few years, we have grown rapidly and this has inspired us to keep moving forward in everything that we do.
One of the most exciting ways we’ve progressed of recent is the extension of our office.
We’ve channelled our efforts to upgrade our workspace so our employees love the environment they work in.
Here’s an insider look into our new digs and what this means for the future of San-iT.
Grand Designs San-iT Style
What does your office mean to you?
For us, an office should be a home away from home. A place for employees to not only put their brains to good use but to enjoy downtime with their team. After all, our staff are the beating heart of the business. Without them, we wouldn’t be where we are today.
That’s why we decided to get out the plaster and paint to build an epic new workspace. We wanted to reward our team for their continuous hard work and commitment by giving them an office that’s customised to their needs.
What’s New
Step through our front door and the first thing you’ll notice is how much bigger our offices are. We’ve added a two-story extension onto our current setup to create exciting new spaces.
Previously, our office was just a work area – there was no room for socialising or unwinding.
To change this, we built a new space for relaxation. Our employees can come here to lounge and relax whether its chilling on the sofa or playing a round of darts. It gives them a zone to recharge between work and bond as a team.
Since the build has been completed, we’ve seen a huge boost in team morale and productivity. Because our employees now have areas to unwind and bond, they feel less stressed and more unified.
Entertainer Level 100
Another big driver of our office redesign – we wanted larger and improved spaces to host events for our clients and partners.
Our kitchen and lounge are perfect places for informal meetings. And of course, it wouldn’t be a San-iT office if we didn’t include cutting-edge tech to entertain our guests.
Fancy a quick coffee? Our new espresso machine connects to our mobile devices via Bluetooth, meaning we can take your order and provide some delicious caffeine in an instant.
We’ve also implemented remote access for our flat screen TVs to make screen sharing for meetings seamless.
Meanwhile, for more formal events, we’ve added a large meeting room so we can host seminars to big groups in a comfortable and professional environment.
Huge Thanks to All Involved
We couldn’t be happier with our new office extension. The quality of work carried out has been astounding and this is all thanks to Mike the builder who has worked tirelessly to deliver above and beyond our expectations.
The San-iT team also got their DIY SOS game on! Barry and Seb took care of all the electrics, along with Brian and Matt who chipped in on the decorating and lighting. A big thanks to Terry our apprentice who get his hands dirty too by looking after the network cable terminating. We couldn’t be prouder of our team, their skills and their dedication to the business.
This Isn’t Our End Game
Ultimately, our goal was to (literally) build a foundation for further growth. Our team is continuously growing and it’s been critical to expand our office to accommodate more talent today and in the future.
We now have a workplace that truly reflects our business. San-iT is all about progression for our clients and for us. Now that our offices are bigger, more modernised and fuelled by awesome technology, we can show the world what we’re really about.
