A team in full bloom at San-IT
Due to an exciting period of growth, San-iT welcomed three new team members in the first quarter of 2023.
The new hires bring a wealth of experience and expertise to the company and will play a crucial role in the launch of new cyber security products for high-level clients.
With a focus on enhanced protection for organisations that deal with sensitive information and Government regulated sectors, we are excited to develop these cutting-edge products as pioneers in the field of managed cyber security.

Joining the team are:
Saad Banguy, who joins the company as a Client Success Manager. With over 7 years’ experience of working in the industry, Saad brings his knowledge of IOT and mobile solutions to San-iT with a focus on providing excellent customer service, account and team management.
“As a client Success Manager my role in essence is to endorse San-iT’s purpose of helping businesses to work smarter, operate safer and think bigger. To achieve this, I’ll be working closely with clients to understand their needs and suggest solutions to their pain points, or quite simply just catching up to find out how things are!”
Lee Mason, who comes on board as a Managed Services Engineer and has worked within a service desk environment for over 6 years, with nearly 20 years customer service experience. Lee will be responsible for the day-to-day management of IT services for clients, providing technical support and answering queries.
“San-iT is my first MSP role and I really enjoy working for a company that invests in people and encourages colleagues to expand their knowledge. Whether this is within the world of IT, via online learning or through Microsoft Certifications, I feel I’m supported and able to continuously grow.”
Jamie Foden, who joins the team as a Managed Services Engineer. Jamie is a PC enthusiast and will be focused on practical problem-solving for clients. He is looking to specialise in cyber security during his time with San-iT and is eager to get involved with our new product launches.
“I was attracted to San-IT as a company because of their friendly and understanding manner. I resonate with their company values and respect how much they care about staff. I’d say I have a fun and laid-back personality so I enjoy the part of my job that means I’m speaking with customers directly.”
The arrival of Saad, Lee and Jamie is a significant milestone in our commitment to providing robust and innovative solutions to safeguard our clients’ digital assets. We will be launching our RMM & Advanced Threat Protection product in the coming weeks, a package of enhanced security features, providing cyber security protection which is far superior than that of traditional antivirus.
