Yusra, Managed Services Engineer

My name is Yusra, and I work for San-iT as a Managed Services Engineer. I have worked in the field of IT support for over five years, and I have a BSc in Computer and Network Technology, in addition to completing cyber security qualifications.

There’s a lot to love about working at San-iT. My colleagues are very friendly and supportive. Everyone is always willing to help, and it creates a very positive working environment. The work is very varied, and I enjoy that every call and every day is different, and it comes with different challenges, so I never get bored.

I enjoy the problem-solving element of the job and get joy out of fixing things and helping our clients with their queries and challenges. I would say I’m a friendly, hardworking, supportive and understanding member of the team.

Outside of work, my family and friends are incredibly important to me, and I love spending time with them. I also have a passion for travel, and I am also a bit of a dab hand at cooking and baking!
