Stephen, Projects Director

I’m the Projects Director at San-IT, having started here in July 2021.

Before taking up this role, I headed up the technical team at another MSP that specialised in providing hosting solutions for the private healthcare industry.

I’ve been working in IT for just over 11 years now, and I have developed a broad range of skills across the fields of virtualisation, routing and switching, acquisitions and mergers, automation and system migrations.

At San-IT my responsibility is to assist the team with issues that require escalation and help to mentor and guide them to expand their knowledge. I’m also responsible for overseeing key projects from scoping and pre-sales all the way through to implementation and sign off.

I’m a firm believer in empowering your team and bringing out the best in them to drive the best results that boost internal morale and achieve maximum service delivery. Everyone at San-IT adopts the same ethos, making it an exciting place to work.

I love the diversity of the role and engaging with a multitude of different clients with different infrastructures. No two days are the same!

In my spare time, I love being out and about with my family, usually taking day trips out to explore when the weather permits!
