Sohail, Projects and Escalation Engineer

I started at San-iT in July 2021 as a Projects and Escalation Engineer.

I work on new projects, and as an escalation point for the most complex support issues, guiding and coaching other team members to ensure these problems are resolved promptly.

I’ve worked in the industry for over eight years. I pride myself on having good interpersonal skills, and being very patient with the end-users, working hard to make the complex simple.

During the working day, I love working hard alongside my team mates. I am organised and love working under pressure to meet deadlines, using my expertise to help to solve our clients’ challenges.

I have a passion for learning new technology and polishing my skills. I enjoy discovering, designing and implementing new solutions that not only fix the problem but make life easier for our clients.

Away from work, I enjoy getting out with my family and friends, and I also enjoy playing badminton to keep fit.
