I’ve been with San-IT for nearly five years, starting in 2016! In that time, I’ve worked as a support technician, team lead and helped oversee service delivery to ensure our clients received the best experience when they engaged with San-iT.

I’m currently one of the Client Success Managers here, which involves working closely with our clients to help them best make the use out of technology, whether that’s reviewing and suggesting solutions for inefficient systems, helping to consolidate suppliers and technologies to keep things simple and cost effective, or simply having a chat to see how things are going!

Open, honest and reliable describes everyone at San-IT. There’s always someone with genuine passion around technology to bounce ideas off to help come up with the best and simplest solution. Many heads are better than one!

What I love about my job is the variety and the opportunities. Every day, or even hour, is different thanks to the variety of our great clients, technologies, projects and team. There has always been the opportunity to get involved with new things, from apprentices to IT professionals with 30 years under their belt!

Away from technology, I’m a music lover, playing drums, piano and recording in the studio whenever I can. I also love cats.
